- In a cooking, pan add, and heat ghee. Add square paneer pieces and shallow fry till golden brown. Remove in a plate. Add dry coconut slices and shallow fry for 1 minute. Transfer it to the plate.


- In the same pan add soaked and strained dryfruits. Stir-fry for 1 minute on low flame.

- Add sugar and fried paneer pieces. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Add water and cook till sugar melts and syrup forms. Add 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Off the flame. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands. Mix well.



- Transfer it to a serving plate. Serve Relish/ Delicious Kashmiri Shufta.
